Delivery


We deliver products Australia wide via TNT, Australia Post or other approved delivery services. Goods are despatched from our NSW Warehouse facility and generally deliveries to Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and most major towns and cities in NSW and QLD delivered within 14 working days.  All other cities and country regional areas may take longer dependant on location. Please note for public holidays the delivery will increase, as timeframes indicated are business working days (Monday to Friday).** Please Note these times can not be guaranteed.

 

International Deliveries (Outside of Australia) All international deliveries will be subject to international delivery restrictions for your country. The buyer is responsible to contact Qstarz Australia prior to purchasing to confirm shipping costs, to the nominated address. Due to parcels going missing in some overseas locations, all quotes for shipping will be for registered mail/parcels.

 

Should an international buyer purchase goods from Qstarz Australia without confirming the shipping costs to their nominated shipping address, Qstarz Australia reserves the right to cancel the order and return any monies received, less an admin fee of $5.00 AUD.


Note: Delivery times for International buyers require confirmation and may take longer than those identified above.

Please note that someone is required to be at the nominated delivery address to sign for the delivery of the goods.  Deliveries can take place between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.  Please understand we cannot telephone prior to delivery of goods.  Should you not be in attendance at the nominated delivery address a calling card will be left, advising of the attempted delivery. You are then able to contact the number provided to re-organise delivery of the goods.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Should you be at work during the week, please consider the delivery of goods to you at your place of work.  We suggest detailing your name and C/- your business address.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Qstarz Australia if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.  Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion.   If an item is delivered damaged, please contact Qstarz Australia directly via email to

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms & Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms & Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms & Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

 

Returns & Refunds

Please choose carefully.  We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.  You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do.

 

Qstarz Australia will only accept an exchange if the product is unrepairable or delivered damaged. Please note there is a 10 day exchange policy from invoice date. Please note:


The demo / seconds products of Qstarz Australia may have slight damages or cosmetic marks, but are all in full working condition. In case of these marks or slight damage the product cannot be returned. Please be aware that we do don’t refund if you change your mind after the sale. Any questions or enquiries should be made before you purchase the goods.

Exchange or upgrade:

We are happy to discuss the option of exchange or upgrade of goods.  Decisions will be made at our discretion.  Please be aware there is a 10 day exchange policy from invoice date. You will also be required to pay return freight costs. Please note for brand new products purchased a restocking fee will apply on the exchange or upgrade.

No refund given if you change your mind.

 

Release & Indemnity


You agree to waive any and all claims that you now have or may have in the future against Qstarz Australia, which relate to or are incidental to any transaction.

 

You agree to indemnify and hold Qstarz Australia harmless from and against any and all claims, loss or expense that may be incurred by Qstarz Australia, which relate to or are incidental to the performance of its duties as described in these Terms & Conditions including all costs of defending itself against a claim by any other person and/or as a result of you taking any action or refraining from taking any action or instituting or defending any action or legal proceeding.  You further agree to indemnify and hold Qstarz Australia harmless from any claim made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this website, the violation of these Terms & Conditions by you, or the infringement by you, or other users of this website, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

 

Warranty Information

 

All products carry the Qstarz Australia wide warranty. Contact Qstarz Australia on email wayne@gkamp.com.au or telephone 0405 817 436  between 9am – 5pm AEST Monday to Friday and 9am –12pm Saturday (excluding public holidays) immediate assistance.

 

Qstarz Australia has the right to replace or repair the product at its discretion. Contact Qstarz Australia before you return any product. A staff member of Qstarz Australia will direct you as to the quickest solution. The warranty period is detailed in the specific product information for each product.  Where the warranty period is not stated, the  warranty period will be 12 months from date of purchase.  All factory seconds are sold with a limited warranty period.  You must include a copy of your proof of purchase when returning for warranty service.
